Do I have a sick Chicken? HELP

So today I noticed that one of my chickens wasn't laying. So I picked her up and noticed her crop wasn't full and she pooped creamy white stuff on me nothing brown. I offered her a treat and she only ate half. She only drank a few sips of water and it' very hot. She's also acting lethargic, while the others run around and look for bugs she kind of just stands off to the side closing her eyes. I weighed her and she was 1 pound lighter than the other chickena. There is also some watery poop around the coop could this be from her? What should I do? Do I need to separate her? Is she sick?

I ask this question a lot, because it is a problem----when is the last time you have wormed her?

Have you wormed her? It could be worms, as she is lighter than the other chickens. I would definitely separate her, at least until you can figure out what's going on.

Yes I did worm her but I wormed her naturally with things like garlic,yogurt,watermelon, and cucumbers. This also happened in the spring. Do you think I need to worm them again with chemicals?

I put Apple Cider Vinegar in their water once a month for worms. It works very well for me.
