So... Long story short I bought a pair of peafowl, the hen flew away so I bought another one. She looks just like a peahen except now I'm thinking she is a he. What do you guys think? Thanks

Ok, that's a relief. I thought only males had the barring on the wings? But I just went
out there and this is his first time displaying since I got him four weeks ago.

Peahens can have a little random barring like what yours has. Consistent barring all over the wing is the characteristics of a male (except in some cases such as black shoulder peacocks which have solid black wings that have a blue-green shine and some other exceptions). Another way to sex peafowl is the neck color and neck feather shape. Peahen neck feathers are more stuck together or look more like fish scales. Peacock neck feathers will be more frayed looking almost fur-like.

Your peahen also is either split to white or split to pied (AKA dark pied) because she has a few white flight feathers. I looked at the first photo again it looks like your peacock has a white flight feather too so he is split to white or pied also.
