Do I have any pullets?

Picking everyone up yesterday with help, it looks like they all have spurs beginning. This is what I was concerned about. They all look alike and I know that 2 crow. So I was suspecting that its a boy's club. I can't keep 4 roosters. Anybody wanting a beautiful silkie rooster? They have had only an organic diet and free ranging. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Spurs does not indicate a rooster, Hens can have large spurs as well. From what I can see all look like cockerels.
