Just out of curiosity, is it possible the polish is a Male? I've heard it's hard to tell with them sometimes, and I'm just curious. I have no clue to be quite honest. And how do you sex polish / crested chickens, I good use the education.

Females look refined and round crestwise, males get a punk rocker look to them

The polish we first assumed was a rooster due to it being aggressive and unfriendly, but after looking at the pictures it looks like a hen by comparison

They all look like hens but if I had to guess I would say the one with fluffy cheeks and feathered legs would be the rooster.

They all look female to me but I have no experience with polish. Are you getting any white (polish) eggs? Do you let your pullets free range at all?

That one is a salmon faverolles pullet. The roosters look very different.

I see what you mean... we I guess the next best way to tell is to put an egg in the incubator and see if it grows a baby.

I ordered an incubator (came today), its a cheap one, but we shall see what happens.
