They are "kindergarten classroom" chickens. The eggs came from the University, and the teacher was told only that they were a "mixed light variety." I'm curious....do these look like they'd be leghorns or related to?

I have several pics (chick and recent) here www.glacierridge.com/chickens

Thanks
for looking!!

Sure look like leghorns to me. I hatched a bunch of them once... ended up with 9 roos and 9 girls... perfect spit down the middle. Got rid of all the roos except one... and turned out the one I kept ended up being a mean sucker! He's in the big hen house in the sky now.

Best of luck with your birds, and do take lots of construction pics for the next coop contest!
