So 2 1/2 weeks ago we bought some chicks at Tractor Supply Company. Only one bin had chicks but there was no sign. The empty bin next to the chicks said Cornish Rocks, and the sign on the ground said Red Pullets. So far I do not see any "red" in these chicks and they are starting to turn white. I was wondering if the signs got switched and if we actually bought cornish rocks. They were typical yellow chicks.

HEre is a photo of them at 2 1/2 weeks.

These chicks don't look like Cornish Rocks at 2.5 weeks.
I don't know what red pullets are, but I also do not see red. Hopefully they are pullets.
Keep on posting pics as they grow.

The red pullets at TSC are buff colored chicks that only get darker as they grow. Basically production reds or hatchery RIRs. I also think they look small for cornish-x. Our tsc usually doesn't get leghorns either but hybrid california whites. They should show a few black feathers here and there if that's what they are.
