Do I have sick chickens?

Let me start with "Eagle", my <1YO Australorp I raised from a chick. Beginning the middle of the winter, she started losing some of her feathers off of her back. It got to be a little more, but at the same time my rooster became more aggressive with the hens, and I just assumed since she was the only hen as big as he was, that he was actually causing the lost feathers. This went on for MONTHS, and never got worse or better.

I got rid of the rooster 2 weeks ago, and not seeing any sign of feathers growing back - how long should it take?

Anyway, I have read Storey's lately, and he said it could be lice. I scrounged all over her (fortunately, she's a patient hen) and found absolutely no sign of lice or eggs anywhere on her body - eyes, ears, neck, under wings, on back (where feathers are missing), etc.

Then, a couple of days ago I heard her sneeze once, very quietly (I think it was a sneeze?). I have watched quite frequently since then, and have heard no more sneezes from HER, but I heard one from my other hen, and ONLY one sneeze.

Can a sneeze just be a sneeze, or do chickens only sneeze when they are sick?

Now, back to "Eagle" - watching her today, I noticed she pooped this clear frothy stuff. Keep in mind, it's been VERY hot and humid here, and the chickens have been panting like crazy. They have had plenty of water, and I have been letting them range into the shade and cool of the trees as much as they'd like.

All of the chickens appear normal other than what I described above.

So, here to answer all of the questions it says I should give you as background:
1) What type of bird , age and weight. - all above, I don't know her weight.
2) What is the behavior, exactly. - above.
3) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma. No.
4) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation. ???
5) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all. They usually eat laying mash, but I have 4 WO chicks that eat the chick feed, and the hens have been gobbling up the chick feed as well.
6) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc. Frothy and clear
7) What has been the treatment you have administered so far? None
8 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet? I don't know if the Vet here takes care of chickens, and I'd rather keep my birds organic
9) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help. I can post a pic of the chicken's feather loss if needed.
10) Describe the housing/bedding in use A solid wood chicken coop, build from particle board with a wood floor and roll linoleum flooring. Several inches of pine wood bedding down.
