Picture 1 is a hen, small snood, little or no carnuckles, fine feathers on back of the
head and neck.
Picture 2: both males, Although it looks small it's retracted it has a larger base compared to the tip. no of little fine feather on the back of the neck and head, carnuckles are prominate. Looks like the do change from blueish to red.

The toms will start gobbling once the get a customed to there new home. The will gobble when the see some thing new or some new sounds. If you have a cell phone try playing the ring tones on the phone this may start toms gobbleing.
