Has the duckling hatched yet? If so is it healthy?

Looks like one. When they have room to wiggle about like yours does it can play tricks on your eyes. I’d put money on one baby. But it has happened with twins. Can be a pretty situation. I think I’ve read of one time where they hatched and survived.
