Do I keep assisting ? Malposition w yolk not sucked in

If the wet towels are in contact with the egg it may chill the duckling, and actually will pull moisture away from the shell, replace it with scotch tape on the hole.
Thank you everyone!!
Ok I will add tape and pray to
Chicken 🐔 gods.

Did I position correctly?

Knowing that the head is in small end that side is up now. There is slight tilt to egg so yolk does not pour out on bottom where hole is.

OK now that I have all the experts in one thread :wootI have another issue--
just in the last few hours I have 3 pips on eggs due to hatch tomorrow night (7pm)--so a bit early. All from the same batch--shipped True Blue Whiting eggs--most with saddle or detached air cells or very small air cells (as of 5 days ago)

Two of the pips are on the air cell side but are on top-
1) What do I do? As in when do I assist if at all? I am worried the yoke may not be ready but they are running out of air so pipped early due to small air cell?

2)Do I open the vent? This is the RCOM PRO.

Regarding the egg with the big hole--i taped it up..put it on the bottom side and put skinny end up..see pic. Between last night and tgt the yolk is much more developed and the space that was empty is now taken up. And the yolk looks firm. So who knows? I am optimistic.

PS: Ignore temp reading on that incubator inside. Its off by 3 degrees.

Ok so both chicks were peeping so I cracked more around pip to assess.

Egg 1 showed red veins, I put thin coat coconut oil on and put back in incubator

Egg 2 showed less red veins but still slightly and as I’m looking at pics now I see white and am wondering if shrink wrapped

Both chicks were covered in membrane and not near shell.

What are my next steps?

Not trying to be mean here, but I'd stop opening eggs. You are doing more harm than good. Hatching takes time, it is not a fast process. Its normal for them to rest and take breaks.
