I would have food/water available in each coop, or just outside each coop if you can rig up some kind of cover for it (plywood table top platform w/food water underneath...something along those lines). It's going to be a pain keeping all the water liquid this winter...smaller water containers freeze faster...
As others have suggested, you might want to make next year's project a single coop large enough to comfortably house all your birds together.
