Do I need a heat source for day old chicks in 90-95 high/ 70-75 low temps?

Hi! I’m really new to all of this! First post & new to chickens! I’ve been doing lots of research for the past month. I’m expecting 15 chicks on Thursday. Making a brooder from an old stock tank on my covered porch. Do I need a heat source in this heat? I’m in central Alabama. The highs are 90-95 & lows are 70-75 with high humidity.

I would offer an optional heat source (such as a heat plate or heating pad) so they have the option to use it if they want, and can ignore it if they don't want it. If you see after the first week or so that they just aren't using it at all you can take it out.
