Do I need more roosters?

I have 11 hens and 1 rooster who is a weak boy never mean to people or the girls. I got chicks in the fall and and they are all girls and I was wondering if I should add a rooster for them or if my one weak rooster would be just fine with all those girls. I haven't mixed them up yet until they are about 6 ,oaths or so unless u guys and gals have any other suggestions.

I don't want to breed. I love roosters they are so pretty but I'm worried I will have a mean one and kill Floyd . Any breeds that aren't mean like maybe another black crested polish roo?
