Do I need to cull?

This is a link to a google drive file with a video of this chick... trying to figure out if I should cull it to keep it from suffering(?)... starving or being picked apart by other chicks... it seems blind(ish)...it doesn't open it's eyes much (it can...just normally closed), stumbles around, keeps it's head way up high... just not normal. Cute as can be though. It's on day 3.

We're eye dropper feeding and watering... but we don't think it would do so on it's own. Can this get better or is there anything we can do?
We've looked up something on "stargazing", that if accurately diagnosed it's saying they sometimes die and sometimes live through it.

I've never done a video before, so I'm doing both the "insert link" above and also pasting in the google drive link to the vid.

It's on day 4. It hatched late, on day 24. It's still in the incubator b/c it's warm and if I put it in the brooder with the other chicks I'm worried it'll get picked apart.

So the temperature was low throughout. It is just weak due to that and the others are likely done at this point.
Don't wait too long because the other chicks should accept it now but not later. It needs food and water yesterday. A boost like Nutri-Drench for poultry is just what the doctor ordered.
Try to get it locally like at tractor supply or some such place. It may not be able to wait for shipping.

In lieu of that, some Poly-Vi-Sol without iron is a temporary substitute but not an equivalent. Besides vitamins of which those in Nutri-Drench are a superior assortment, the latter also has minerals and essential amino acids. It also doesn't need ingestion. It reaches the bloodstream in minutes through the skin and mouth.
You can get Poly-Vi-Sol at any pharmacy.

It shouldn't still be in the incubator. Get it in with the other chicks. If they are obnoxious, set up a corner for the new chick so that can see each other. You can just use a piece of chicken wire or hardware cloth.
