I had 2 pip this am, one is hatched and laying on thebator floor cord still attached resting. The other died. No beak movement or breathing. 2 more have pipped since. The membrane is starting to look white and hard....should i help this guy out (using the tweezer method) where the other one died possibly because of the dried membrane? or will it hurt the chick thats currently hatched?
