Do I Need To Quarantine Chicks From The Same Place?

We "quarantined" our new pair for a week, but mostly to let them get used to the local germs and an entirely new environment. It also helped out when interacting with them, since the larger chickens weren't around to make distracting noises. If the chicks were carrying something nasty, then the original chickens would have been exposed, but not as much as they would have been if they were in adjoining areas. We didn't think communicable disease would be an issue.

the only thing that has happened to me like that is when i introduce new chickens is they start to try to establish a pecking order. i will judge based on what i see if it doesnt work ill find a different setup for the little guys. Thanks for everyones help.
