do i need to vaccinate more ? egg production?

i have a 156 chickens 84 of them are adults about 90 for these have been bought from hatcheries and have been vacinated for marks.
The rest have been hatched out from from our broodies should i vaccinated for any thing other then Marks? which they have been vacinated , except the one born on the farm have not been should they be also ?

out of the 84 adults - 5 roos =79(-3 who are brooding-76 layers a present ) are layers we average 45 eggs a day is that good?

breeds- working on these breeds( polish, cochins Marans-FBC and Lavender splash and faverolles ,)

our other ladieds
wyadottes,astroploes,susex,EE,welsummers,brown leghorns,barbed rocks, isa browns ,chantlers, and barn yard mixes
any suggestion are alwys welcome we so enjoy our flock and want them healthly

Since you don't have any production layer breeds (even production birds don't lay every single day unless they are first year birds) I would say that is about the average amount to expect. A little less than 2/3rds of them lay each day so if you have a bird that lays 3 to 4 eggs per week that would seem about right.

Not sure what you're asking. Vaccinations have nothing to do with egg production.


I don't vaccinate for Mareks Disease or anything else, for that matter.
