Do I pluck these feathers?????

My young showgirl has been having troubles walking since she was small. It started out as a limp and has continued until now she doesn't want to put any weight on her foot. After further inspection I noticed her foot feathers are actually bent and she's actually stepping on them, I'm sure its causing pain where they are attached. I took a video. Should these feathers be cut? Plucked? Any advice would be spectacular! Thanks in advance!!!

If you pluck 'em, they'll grow back. If you cut them, they won't (until molt.) I'd cut, if they're likely to give her trouble again.

EDT: Also you might want to trim those nails before they grow anymore.

THANK YOU!!! Don't know how I got it so wrong. I thought it would grow back if you cut it and wouldn't grow back if you pulled it. I really appreciate you! I'll cut them and see if that helps.
