I have that same one. There are roost bars or should be in two areas. Inside there are two and then in the run area there is one.
My climate here is not as nice--just woke up to snow--yuk. The list of predators is long.
I actually took that coop and made the whole thing a coop, so they had more room. The coop itself is in a covered run.

I think I’m eventually going to have to copy your idea! I’m building a run around mine this weekend so the kids can go in. Any suggestions?
Locate your coop/run on the high ground to ensure drainage. There's a thread about DLM (deep litter method) for ground cover in your run/coop, easy maintenance & it composts as time goes on. Check out the thread for FF (fermented feeding), nutritional plus & less stinky poop. Both are very helpful reading. Enjoy
