Do it myself? Who will do it for me?

We're starting our first flock of 50 meat birds in mid-April. I think it would be best if I have someone butcher the birds for me. Where can I find someone to do that in the Nashville, TN area? How much does it generally cost?

Ya better learn cause around here they charge $2.50 a bird. watch a youtube video about it.

If you ultimately decide to do it yourself I highly recommend the above thread, very informative with pictures all the way through the process. I did some years back and it was difficult at first, just something to get used to. Sharp knife / or hatchet and lop the head off. After that it's just messy.
