I ordered an incubator online and have been trying to find out information on it while I wait for it to get here. All the web site says is it is a picture window incubator. Could some body please go and look at it and tell me what it is actually called so I can get familiar with it by reading info online. Thanks to any body who takes the time to do this for me its appreciated.[IMG]

Eeek! why would you pay that much?

You can get an incubator from Ebay brand new for almost half of that price, or even from amazon.

I know thats not LG, by looking at the nob and where the vent holes are located, well it doesnt look like and LG anyways.. maybe an off brand? I have no idea.

  4. It does look like your standard Little Giant or HovaBator Styrobator...

Does it have a egg turner or anything? That price is high...

I just received my bator today, bought it off of ebay for $39. Can you get your money back, or did they ship it already? I just looked on ebay, and they have LGs with the egg turners on sale for less. [IMG]

This model on McMurray does have the plastic liner trays, mine does not. Good luck!

That is a little Giant, hope it at least has the turbo fan, that price is very high! And if not mistaken, a picture window is the GQF Hova bator with the BIG window..

Thanks everybody and yes after I started researching them It seems like this is the absolutely most expensive place I could have ordered one from:/ ! They said they already shipped it when I called:( . I guess I would call it a beginners mistake. I wrongly assumed a reputable place would have competitive prices. Oh well, shipping was free and I do live way out here in Canada. It makes me feel a little better. I guess I can only hope it performs well and it might seem like it was worth my money. Thanks again everybody for helping me out.

The price doesn't look that bad to me, but maybe I got hosed? I got my LG at the local feed store for like $56, then paid another 35 for the fan kit, and another 50 or so for the turner. Hopefully you didn't have to pay sales tax, and with free shipping I think you're in good shape! Ebay always gets you on the shipping, it seems to me. OK, it depends on the seller, but an incubator doesn't sound cheap to ship.
