do my chickens have worms?

I don't believe so. They ate some watermelon last night and the rind, but that's not really dark.
They seem to be feeling a little better, as they are walking around and eating grass.
Fingers crossed!
Obviously, I don't want to lose any, but there are a few I would be devastated about losing, the same as someone losing a dog.
They still have diarrhea, but it's only been a few hours.
I will keep you guys updated.

Odd question: Do you think they could have injested poison? I know the neighbors we share a fence with have high weeds against their fence, and sometimes the chickens pick and eat them through the fence. They've never been ones to care for their yard (literally for the first year we've been here they had 3ft grass outback), but recently went all crazy with landscaping. I just though they may have sprayed the weeds in between the fence they couldn't edge and my chickens are eating them. I will ask when they get home....

They arnt poisoned if they're up walking around and eating grass. It's still a good idea to check with your neighbors though. Watermelon can cause diarrhea.
I recommend that you give your birds scrambled eggs mixed with buttermilk for the next couple of days...not yogurt. Dont use the eggs that you're supposed to be discarding neither.

And I thought you weren't supposed to feed chickens eggs?

Dewormer was a good idea, as chickens that showed no signs of worms had big long tape worms in their poop this morning, so at least it's getting them out!

When do I treat them again?

Also, 2 of mine are acting "off" this morning, but the rest seem okay.

Different from the ones that are acting off, One is still have completely clear water like diarrhea with NO worms in it.
At least 2 more are still having this blue/ green poop with no worms in it.

Most the rest are having solid poop, and at least 3 have the big long tape worms.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH EGGS FROM THE PAST WEEK!!!

Also, I just saw that one of the chickens have this pinkish tissue looking mucusy stuff in their poop? Would watermelon stay that whole, it is watermelon colored.
At first I was thinking it was blood. In humans and mammals if there's blood in the feces it's not red it's a real dark almost black color. Is it the same with chickens?

Tapeworms...the praziquantel is doing it's job. If you have eggs prior to the worming, they are safe to eat.
You'll need to reworm your birds again 10 days after the initial worming, same dosage. The egg withdrawal time is 24 days from start to finish. You can give the eggs to your dogs if you wish.
Give them scrambled eggs mixed with buttermilk for a few days like I mentioned before. The pinkish tissue stuff is shed intestinal lining, that is normal on occasion.

I've seen many different colors of blood in their poop. I think it tends to look more like fresh blood if it's coming from the cecal area and darker when it comes from further up.

Many things can cause blood in poop - worms, coccidiosis, histomoniasis, bacterial, viral and fungal infections, etc. This is where seeing a vet can be very useful.

I my experiences, if poop isn't well formed and the color of what they've been eating about 95% of the time, there is a problem. For example, I have a rooster that I'm tube feeding tan colored baby bird food to, but his poop has a slight green color to it, so I suspect that there is something not quite right with his liver. If he were out eating grass, I wouldn't think twice, but he's had nothing but brown food for days.

I got a large roundworm from one of my chickens. I bought the Zimectrin Gold but have not dosed. Should I only use the Wazine? Or can you use 2 wormers?

You would be better off using either the Safeguard, valbezan or the Zimectrin Gold, all mentioned earlier in the thread. These are broad spectrum wormers where the wazine only covers one type.
