Do my turkeys have black head or fowl pox?

Hello, I've noticed over the past couple weeks my turkeys developed these yellow and black bumps on the face, neck and head. Anyone know what it could be? They all eat and drink well. No one looks like they are actually sick so far.

Do you think it would be okay for me to put some ointment on their little sores to help with some that look irritated?
 
Makes sense.
If it starts to turn into wet pox, can I give them a respiratory medicine to help with symptoms?
 
Fowl pox is a virus, and will eventually go away on it’s own. Not antibiotics or medicine will help, just time. They should be okay in several weeks, unless one develops wet fowl pox, where yellow patches can appear inside the beak and thoat. That type, which is more rare, is much more dangerous. Make sure they are eating and drinking, and if not, check inside the beak for yellow lesions. Do not disturb fowl pox scabs since that cause it to be spread. Here is some reading about pox:
