One of my girls this morning had this on her eye. I have know clue what it is. Being told to many possibilities and how to help. Need to know what it really is before it kills her or damages her eye.

If someone knows what it is can they please explain a step by step of how to fix or a video I could watch on how to fix.

PS:: she hated me holding her and doing this.

It looks like a cyst to me. I haven’t seen that before. The red in the first pic is a reflection, I suppose? Can you see a vet next Tuesday? Normally, I would try to lance a cyst, to try and drain it, but around the eye is more tricky, and I wouldn’t advise you to do it. @casportpony or @Folly's place have you seen one of these before?

Looks like a sty to me. I would try warm compresses for several days and see if it drains itself.

How would I be able to drain it. How would I lance a cyst?

I wouldn’t lance it.
I would do warm compresses for at least a week before trying anything else. I wouldn’t be surprised if it drained and resolved itself.

What type of warm compress would work for her and how long should I hold it to her eye. She hates being held and not seeing anyone in the flock for (not joking) millisecond.

It really doesn’t look like pus from an eye infection to me, typically like some of the ones we see in pictures here. It looks more like a well-defined smooth fluid-filled cyst. If I were to attempt to drain it I would pierce it with a sterile needle while holding a piece of gauze under it to absorb any liquid, and with another person holding her very still. I am not telling you to do that, but that is what I might do if I could not see a vet. I would wait a little while until tomorrow or the next day to get some more suggestions from other experienced people.
