Do our nocturnal habits bother birds bunking in same room?

My three babies are less than a month old, they sleep in my room a little bit aways from the tv. Is my nocturnal habits, noises and low lamp going to bother them, keep them from sleepng?

Yes because chickens are diurnal (sleep at night awake at day) they may be fine with small amounts of noise, light movement etc. but try to keep it at a minimal, or you can put a blanket over their cage, move them to a different room or put them outside, hope that helped

They are covered up with a sheet to keep warm. How do I know if they're getting enough sleep? I think they're still to little to go outside, even in a enclosure, we're still 30 degrees and night an going to get hard freezes.

Guess it can all depend on the extent of your "nocturnal" habits
