Do peacock lay eggs every other day?

Depending on her age. A two-year-old hen may only lay six to eight eggs, a mature hen can lay over forty under the right conditions. An old hen will not lay as many as when she was in her prime. There are always exceptions but that would be the general rules.

Thank you! We bought the couple (male and female) last year in the summer and we were told they are young. She laid around 5-7 eggs in the summer. She may have laid a first clutch in the spring, prior to us buying them, I don't know. Unfortunately last year the eggs were not fertile and nothing hatched. So this spring she laid one egg, now it has been 3 days without an egg, I'll wait to see what happens.
