Do people really keep pigeons in the house? Cause wouldn't they just poop everywhere? Thats kinda gross.

Sometimes, but their usually in cages.

Yep, we have two. You can either buy them bird diapers/pants, take them out when they are least likely to poop everywhere, take them out in easy to clean areas, have designated towels to let them lounge on, or some people do let them poop everywhere. X) Fed on a healthy diet, they usually have harder, easy to clean poops for the most part, especially ringnecks. The larger the pigeon, the nastier the poop in general. Kings and such tend to be champ poopers.

lot of people keep doves(ringnecks and etc) indoors but very few keep pigeon indoors.

Of course! A lot of people keep pigeons and doves are indoor pets. They are no worse than any other species of bird inside. Most people put diapers on them when they let them out to fly.
