this was an interesting read. the quail eggs that i eat. i wash. only problem i have with quail eggs is the dang shells are so difficult to crack open without putting some into the cup. i now use a knife and litterally cut them open. works pretty good for me. they do make a quail egg cracker/cutter type thing. it's deffinatly a good idea.
