Do roosters attack other animals?

Would a rooster attack my sheep in the yard? Would I have to be concerned for their safety?

It would depend on the rooster. I don't think it's very likely but it is possible.

Sometimes but usually not. Mine will go after pup that gets to close or if hen with his chicks gets riled up. Some roosters are man-fighters in that they will attack humans(other animals). Generally mine do not attack livestock or livestock know what to do to stop attacks.
