Do roosters bully other roosters?

We have 3 roosters (1 naked neck, australorp cross, and a deleware) and one of them (the naked neck) has been constantly chasing and randomly dropkicking on of our other roosters.
Is this usual rooster behavior or bullying? If its bullying then should we get rid of him? Or can i stop this behavior.

Roosters fight for dominance. It is normal chicken behavior. Given enough space they can learn to coexist. In limited space there is the possibility of serious injury or death.

This is put perfectly, I have had a Rooster kill a younger rooster because of limited space, it isn't pretty.
