So, do roosters have feelings and will they be upset if I give them away?

Will they be upset at being rehomed? Of course, for a few days, then they'll adjust. They're not people and they don't think like people. They're not attacking people because they hate them, they're more likely doing it because their hormones are surging and they think they're protecting their flock.

Personally I'd put them down as they're a liability and you'd be on the hook if they injure someone. If you're hoping to give them away, I would make the new owner sign a statement that you disclosed that the birds are aggressive, so they can't later claim that you never told them.
