do silkies ALWAYS get picked on?

okay so heres the deal,

my nhr is a copy cat to my e.e. she does whatever my e.e. does its insane. theyre best buds. if the e.e. wallows in the dirt, the nhr wallows in the dirt. theyre latched at the hip. so i put the e.e. in the coop by herself (i know, im awful) and left the nhr outside with the silkies. i heard one squabble, but have gone and checked on them and things seem more peaceful. at first the nhr was peeping and searching for the e.e., but now it looks like shes trying to hang out with the silkies and they keep running away from her when she gets to close! haha, shes definately not trying to attack anymore. maybe i just need to get rid of the instigator...
