I have a light sussex hen and am wondering if she will ever go broody. She is about six months old right now.

I'd like to know too. The majority of my flock are cochins and speckled sussex. I know the cochins are super broody- and it would really suck if the sussex followed suit!

Excellent! I am actually in the UK, over by Cambridge. I will keep an eye on her - any idea when they start to do it?
