Do the chickens get mad when I take their eggs?

I know they are being broody, but what do i do about it? how do i get the eggs?

Make them get out of the nest and out of the coop. As for grabbing the eggs, just stick your hand in there and pick them out. You'll get pecked but it doesn't hurt that bad.
