Do these ducks look radioactive to you or is it just me?

They're beautiful. Enjoy them because they don't stay that way. They eventually will turn flat black and even gray.

I live near Cayuga Lake and never see them in the wild. I would love to get some if we ever get our pond built.

I used to have 4 of them. Only the drakes had a nice green sheen and then mostly on their heads but nothing like this picture.

We used to have Cayuga ducks, ours looked like the ones in the photo, they did not fade or turn gray.

Cayugas are domestic ducks so you would not see them in the wild.​
