Do these feathers look odd to anyone else? Pic in post 6

The new feathering looks fine. Other then the blue fluff which will be gone as the feathers come in. LOL
I have a few banties that after the feathers start to come in they look ugly but soon they turn pretty!

), but just thought the weird rough, skinny, spoon-shaped feathers coming in on his/her back and wings are odd. Thanks for all the replies!

I am taking a stab at it and going to say possibly a buff orpington(what color are the legs?). Because to me the color looks greenish, which could happen if they put blue with a yellowish chick. From what I can tell, it could be normal feather development, or as was already suggested, a frizzle.

Note: I am exhausted while writing this, so if nothing makes sense you will know why.
