Do these little guys need some help

I woke up to them like this and not sure if they need help or not.

I would leave them. It takes time for them to hatch. It's hard work and they do need to rest during the process.

I was more worried about the one with the dry white looking membrane. They both pipped over 12 hours ago and the other chicks that have hatches are pulling on the ones shell and membrane.

Maybe you could try spritzing it with some warm water?
