Do they eat less in winter

I use a big feeder that holds some 200lbs of feed. I filled it two weeks ago and after two weeks, i feel like i still have 200lbs of feed left.
Do they eat less.

They did get all the Xmas and new years leftovers

You didn't say how many birds you have, what breed, age, LF or bantams and if you still have pasture.
Mine eat more cause there's little forage around here now.
