Do they need water inside the coop?

I just got my first chickens today. They're about 9-10 weeks old. I have a waterer set up outside the coop but I'm wondering if they need one inside? They are going to be "put to bed" at night but encouraged to be outside during the day.

A chicken can never have too much water. The more the better. If you are late feeding and watering them, they will wait on the water over the feed.

Belly up to the bar!

Keep one inside, under something so they don't roost on it and make it dirty. I have one so I don't have to feel pressured by them to go outside upon the first instance of morning light and let them out.

I don't keep it in there in the winter because it would need to be heated and I'm too paranoid about fires to put an electrical device in the house. They don't need it as much in the winter.
