Hello everyone,

Happy New year to all
So I want to share a heart attack experience I see this morning
I open my rooster like daily in the morning and they poop coming outside today I noticed a brown color almost look red Brown mucus type thing (very little) in tootoo's poop (I forget to take a picture)
It's winter here I regularly add oregano oil & apple cider vinegar in water

I earlier since I have him never notice any lining thing
I read that in books about lining thing

As I never noticed in my roosters poops today it give me heart attack son should I worry or treat for Coccidiosis ?

Yes I am monitor the poop I'll click a pic if I see again it looks like a thick mucus in orangish brown or red brown kid of thing I hope it's not cocci

He's acting great eating playing crowing I guess if it's lining

Do you have access to amprolium (Corid is the brand name here)? It can't hurt to treat him. Is that a worm? If so that could be the cause of the problem.

I know you have Sulmet.
Any way you can order some Amprolium (Corid, Coxoid) or get some from a vet? Amprolium is commonly used in cattle, so a livestock vet may have it. This way you can change up your treatment plan if you need to.

Oh I'll oder as tootoo never have COCCI this is first time ..so I'm using sulmet bottle I've packed I open today


I'll see and serach if I found corid but as I know it's avial in very huge big packet like 5-10 liter for farms
