Yes you can delay a day but ... as she said that poop is not normal at all ... He may loose weight for days but now it's primary to give all the medicine needed at least for 7 days I think. After that he can gain weight slowly. But don't delay anything in meds.

Relax down. Start the meds. He will be dim and drowsy till the medicine doses for some days and then when u see normal poop stop it and he will be back in playful condition

Did you hatch them there?
Have they been exposed to other birds that have been on dirt?

I gave both Albendazole and sulfadiazine with trimethoprim solution diluted in water in gap

Sulfa at 10:30 am
And Albendazole at 1 Pm noon
