OK so to be brief...
The feed store was out of my regular scratch. I got a different brand. I should have hit up different stores looking for my usual.
This is what is in the bag.

Looking online I find their site. The only way to contact them is IF I have a website also???? I typed it all out and it came back saying I needed to fill out the website name. Well I guess that's one way to avoid getting complaints. I did find a phone number. I will call them Monday.

So do I toss it?
Sift it and add real grains?
Give it as is?

:barnie

It is Country Companion scratch grains.
Listed ingredients are cracked corn, whole Milo, and whole wheat.

I will take that sampling in a baggie with me as well as the bag tag and speak to a manager. The only reason this was chosen over the Nutrena option was a fresher mill date by 7 weeks.

Yeah, I don't buy scratch grains anymore. I used to buy a different brand, but the ingredients were mostly cracked corn and 2 other grains possibly wheat and rye. The label says Grain Products, Soybean Oil.
I ran out and substituted mixed bird seed and they loved it. GC

That is what I should have done. With 31 hens that can get pricey. Still a better option then this junk.

I found my receipt! I called them and I am taking it back.

They said they get that complaint often. :barnie so stop selling it!!

They offered to exchange it or refund it. Seriously the worst scratch I have ever seen!
I don't like the other brands they have either so I will go with a refund.

Thanks guys. I needed to ...
