Do Toulouse geese molt?

Yes this is the time of year geese molt, right after breeding season. good time to up the protein in their feed to so they come through healthy and their feathers are looking awesome again.

It can get a bit messy and they can look pretty pitiful too,

None of these things bother me. I was just worried she is sick. My sweet sweet Leonberger is sick with bone cancer so everything makes me anxious and worried. Thank you for your good news.

I'm so sorry to hear your dog has cancer. I can understand how that would make you feel with your goose dropping feathers all over.
