Do wattles definitly mean roo on a Silkie?

The 3 I have are in post #5. They all look the same to me other than the wattles on the one.

Last photo in post 5 is the only one that has a masculine look to me--and I wouldn't bet on it. THe photo with 2 silkies, only the one in the foreground can I see the face/neck area to look for beard/wattles/etc. Can;t give an opinion when I can't see the areas needed for an evaluation.
