Do we eat the first egg?

Got our first egg today from Rheta one of our Rhode Island Reds. Question is do we eat the very first egg from any of our eight girls?

We ate our first eggs over the weekend. They were delicious!!

We did talk about that. Our kids would think that is a fantastic idea. Ha ha.

When I get an especially small 1st egg, I poke a hole in each end and blow the contents out. I have one bantie egg thats the size of a quarter! If you want to save it, that's what I would do.
