Do we have Broilers?!

How do you do it? And is the meat better if you DIY?
I don't know about "better" meat, unless you are referring to the increased quality of meat that comes with a quick clean kill. There really is something to be said about that. What you get, is meat that you know EXACTLY how it was processed, you can definitely do a cleaner job than a slaughterhouse.
