Do you agree that this is a rooster?

This is a Swedish Flower male, I'm thinking. No crow yet, but just looks male to me. His hackles are very pointed and his saddles are really hanging down. Oops, forgot his age, he was hatched 11/1/2012, so almost 5 months.

I thought so, but wanted to make sure before I sell him. Too bad, would have been a nice addition to my flock if it were a hen. I have 5 roosters right now, and only 2 flocks, so thinning them out.
