Do you eat eggs from a sick hen?

I had a hen who was under the weather last week. Diarrhea/pus, almost thought she was a goner. Now, she's better and another seems, *Under the weather*. That said, there are eggs in the coop. Do you eat an egg from a sick hen? They look ok from the outside, but I wonder about bacteria on the outside of shell or ?
