Do you eat what they eat?

Here it is... My wife used two fresh eggs from our chickens to make brownies. When we took the brownies out of the stove there was something white and rubbery like caulk, which there is some caulk comming off of the coop between the siding boards. Will it show up in the eggs if they eat somthing that the gizards won't grind up or what???
I am not sure about their gizzard not grinding things up......

But, if there was something in the eggs, don't you think you would have seen it when you cracked the eggs open? Just a thought.....
Food and eggs don't run along the same track (except at the very end). It's not possible for something they eat to be inside the egg.
