I can't have gluten, so I desperately miss cookies and cream! I have made my own before by crushing gf Oreos and putting them in vanilla ice cream, and YUM. DH is very stingy about his ice cream ingredients ("It doesn't have egg yolks and cream? No. Poison. Fake. Gross." ), so we don't have it all that often.
